Today was my the toughest day of my teaching life. When I started teaching in SIE I told my class that I don't know Urdu. Whenever they need to tell me anything they had to try in English. But, for some reason I had to use Urdu otherwise they won't be able to do a test. Now, some of the students, instead of trying English (as before) asking me to use (even a little) Urdu.
I am now marking those students and am sure that a little counseling will be helpful for them. Lets see what happens in my next class.
